Down comforter & latex pillow: Must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging. Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bedding items unless defective.

Decorative items: Must be in original condition with all tags/packaging intact. Fragile items must be returned in their original protective packaging.
Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.
Non‑Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Refund is for product cost only.
